The program marking the 200th anniversary of the birth and 140th anniversary of the death of one of the most important writers in the history of literature, FM Dostoyevsky, organized by cultural and educational institutions in Nikšić, will end tonight with the play "The Confession of Dmitri Karamazov", an author's project by Nebojša Dugalić. The performance will be performed at 20:XNUMX p.m., and the organizers are the Public Institution Nikšićko pozorište and Zahumlje.
"The work is a monodramatic adaptation of a part of FM Dostoyevsky's novel in which Dmitri Karamazov, just before his death, decides to tell his despair to his brother Alyosha, his 'angel on earth', and to ask him for the impossible - to ask his father for help with money . It is the situational frame of events in which the story of the dead knot of their destinies is spun, in which Dmitri and his father and Ivan and Katarina Ivanovna and Grushenka and everyone around them are inextricably entangled, and Dmitri Karamazov is the one from whom this inextricability twists into a cry to solve the unsolvable", reads the description of the piece.
The play that Dugalić, the drama champion of the National Theater in Belgrade, staged in 2013, was crowned with the "Silver Knight" grand prize in Moscow. Since its premiere, it has been in the regular repertoire of the Small Stage of the Opera and Theater Madlenianum.
