"I am aware that sometimes it is much more dangerous to touch the theater bazaar than the government or politics. It would be enough for the government to have just a little sense of humor. But the bazaar does not forgive. Where are the so-called critical plays that we claim to have , that we have already done all that, stripped the nation and the religion and the state and the man and everything... They exist partly in our memories - yes, there were, sometimes, we think that there are still now, it seems so, and then, nevertheless, we realize that they are not there. Our critical plays only serve to forgive ourselves. The evil officials of dramatic literature become beloved icons. The essence of the spirit of our people. We try to carve out of it some national specificity, some value ala the Balkans, which no one in the world he cannot understand, because we are so specific, we know so much better what life is, the charm of life, and therefore we are endangered, because we know the essence. But human evil is human evil. Stupidity is stupidity. Blood is blood We die in the theater from arrogance, arrogance, mediocrity. From irrelevance. From insignificance. Not to wave. In the simplest and most rustic way. If the government doesn't want to do it, it will be done by that fraternal, promiscuous establishment in which everyone is something to everyone, an army of employed actors - technicians, who don't think of taking risks on stage. To understand that they are responsible. That it is our duty to get out of our comfort zone. That what they call Stanislavsky is a stupid excuse for idleness and snobbery. And officials who present themselves as sponsors of plays and theaters. Those things they don't understand at all. First, draw a horse, a portrait, and then we'll talk about abstractions... I remember that immense fear of the young director: do you know what you want? And that means whether you can explain in a suitable way for us. The terror of stupidly understood realism. But that is the only thing that is understood. Joco came and told Mira... And in the end they all perished...", director Andraš Urban wrote about the play.
Tickets for the price of five euros can be purchased at the ticket office of the Nikšić Theater until the start of the performance.
