The play "Horses Kill, Don't They?" which is according to the text Maje Pelević directed Kokan Mladenovic today will close the festival RUTA Grupa Triglav, hosted by the Belgrade Drama Theater from November 30.
Thus, the Regional Union of Theaters Grupa Triglav continues its mission of connecting and cooperating theaters in the region, and represents a network of partner theaters from the cities of the region, consisting of: City Theater Podgorica, Ulysses Theater, Local Theater Ljubljana, Belgrade Drama Theater, Chamber Theater 55 from Sarajevo and Dramski theater of Skopje.
In today's performance of the play "Horses Kill, Don't They?" play: Dusan Kovačević which he replaced Emira Hadžihafizbegović, Marija Đurić, Omar Bajramspahić, Vanja Jovićević, Goran Slavić, Jelena Simić, Dejan Đonović, Ivona Čović Jaćimović instead Branke Femić Šćekić, Vukan Pejović, Katarina Krek i Željko Radunović.
"The idea behind the regional union is to open doors for cooperation between theaters in the region, in order to encourage interaction, both between professionals from the theater profession, as well as the audience, who are given the opportunity to get acquainted with recent theater productions from neighboring countries. RUTA Grupa Triglav is conceived as a series of festivals that would be held at intervals of several months in the host cities from which the signatories of the project come," the announcement states.
The repertoire of the City Theater continues with the Montenegrin premiere of the play "Zelena choja Montenegra" directed by Nikita Milivojević, co-produced with JU "Grad Teatar" and the Belgrade Drama Theatre, on December 10, while a repeat performance is scheduled for a day later.
City Theater Day, December 27, in addition to the traditional awarding of the "Vasilije Ivanović Šćućkin" award and the awarding of annual awards, will also mark the premiere of the play "The Taming of the Shrew", which according to the text William Shakespeare, directed Dejan Projkovski.
