Regardless of the fact that the Hero is on the Corso, the "contractor" would again take him to the losing ground!
The news is on Dec. 4. In 2021, they published the text in the Saturday supplement 'Art' Zlatka Glamočak ''A monument to a hero, a monument to fraud.'' The text refers primarily to (Mihailo Radojicic) author of the conceptual project under the protected title "Hero on the Corse" at the Institute for Intellectual Property of Montenegro.
MR: (here are short excerpts) "...Erecting the monument according to this project concept also implies the original name 'Hero on the Corse'... and placing it on the Corse... without a classical pedestal... Due to such circumstances, the sculptor, who would accept this author's (ideal) concept for this type of monument, the Hero must be placed on the Korza... as an everyday walker-fellow citizen."
Glamočak: "The protected concept project is a megalomaniacal pretension behind which there is NOTHING. The protected concept project, deposited in the Intellectual Property Office under the number A-2017-23, was created for the purpose of legalizing copyright theft. Its deposition aims to initiate the erection of the monument Ljub Čupić presented as the conceptual author of the monument!"
MR: Than what! No matter that the person in question is insanely thinking that I have punished his idea!
Glamočak: "Projects are complex, strategic plans, not two sentences..."
MR: My idea is neatly recorded in the protocol and presented on almost two pages, if the person in question does not think that it should be expressed in the scope of the 'Travnik Chronicle', which is closer to him in origin. Sometimes two sentences are enough for a good idea. A single word is possible, as a note, but the logs and the ax do not warn. In this case, it is not only the theft of an idea, but also defamation. In that ecstasy, the sculptor expressed his life's credo!
Glamočak: "What kind of perversion is that... well, it's the peak of perversion, Richelieu he says: in every written text, I will find a phrase, which will serve me completely legally to legally tear off the head of the writer of the text or the creator of the text.''
MR: It seems that the sculptor adheres to the legal 'severing of heads'. I hope they won't do to the hero what the fascists did? But he also perverts Richelieu, although the cardinal authorized his authentic police credo: "Give me two lines written by the hand of the most honest man, and I will find in them a reason to hang him." Glamočak cardinally subverts. Richelje was a military official, head of the church and omnipotent police officer, and the sculptor was an artist, but both cunningly used the same methods. But it's not smart to argue with the unscrupulous, so I'm citing the proof, the article from the "Service Agreement" that the sculptor signed with the donor of the sculpture, in which no one corrected even a comma! Article 3: "The sculpture will not have a pedestal to give the impression that he (the hero) is one of us on the corse." In addition, he adds: "Radojičić's protected, disabled, project does not make a single item in the signed contract." So he sneaks the idea to himself with all his might. Doubting Article 3 is foolish, but foolishness is also in the title! "Contract for the provision of services" seems to be, not about a sculptor, but about someone who works on the facade of a house. When he thinks of himself like that, let him stay there. One gets the impression that there is more Glamočak than Paris in Glamočak! When I announced on TV that the sculptor was working in his 'Parisian studio', he warned me not to mention the 'Parisian studio' anymore, because it could attract an inspection. So Heroja was working illegally.
At the beginning of the text in Vijesti, Glamočak cites a quote from the writings of the Belgrade writer D. Velikić "Prometheus from Nikšić" NIN, February 8. In 2020, Velikić wrote on the occasion of his visit to Nikšić: "Every day I would stop in front of the figure of that Montenegrin patriot. He's standing there in the square without a pedestal, his left leg stuck forward, he's going somewhere. That's how it looks from a distance. When you get closer, you can see the chain with which his hands are tied. The other end of the chain is lost under the folds of the long overcoat." However, the writer broke something else; that the hero is in an "overcoat"! I didn't manage to convince the sculptor that he had to stick strictly, the so-called the 'epoch' of the costume (grombi coat) without the overcoat making no sense. Because Ljub was killed by those in the overcoat, the fascists, and Čupić was in civilian clothes. Participant of the resistance movement does not have a uniform. But it didn't help... Glamoch dibidus! When, in the first act of his inaction, the kidnapper 'rubbed off' the original author, he switched to the donor-patron!
Glamočak: "When a patron renounces humanistic and emancipatory principles, which as a promoter of art he wants to realize, when he trivializes these ideals by his actions or support, makes them meaningless, reduces him to the glib of fraud, manipulation, attempts to impose his will on the author during the work of the monument, he works exclusively according to the client's requirements."
MR: Now listen to this dishonor from the mouth of the 'honorable' artist, which he uttered into the lens of the camera. In order not to miss the praise, he asks if the camera is on?
Glamočak: "Is this being filmed now?" "Yes!" Glamočak to the camera: "The man who sponsors it did not set any conditions, but went on trust, which is very rare!" This is no longer the mire up to the throat in which the plagiarist has plunged; he is lying to himself too!
MR What Glamocak presented tabloidally in Vijesti looks like the barking of an agent bound by a contract. When he is already prone to other people's quotes, I refer him to another French one: a dog that barks does not bite. (A barking dog does not bite!)
Glamočak: "After all, anyone can be the initiator of erecting a monument, but that does not make one the original author of the monument." (But what kind, idealess?) Radojičić, following the example of Caligula, he promoted his horse to consul!”
MR: This comparison makes sense, but in an inverse sense. Here the artist - the 'consul' - promoted himself as a horse. He wanted to get rid of the distractions that distract him from stealing other people's ideas.
Glamočak: "If the sponsor had at least read the so-called Protected Project, it would have been clear to him that the description of the photo covers only the upper half of Ljub Čupić's body... and that the 'Protected Project' is a DISABLED PROJECT, without a description of the lower part of the body."
MR: The authorship of an idea and the authorship of a sculpture are completely different categories. The idea is 'cast' in words and the sculpture in bronze. Glamoč does not distinguish between spiritual and physical material, so it looks like those boulderers who put up pillars in Bosnia. He failed to build on the basic idea. He built the lower part and built the upper part. He made the biggest value, the smile, more cynical than sincere.
As if he wanted to incorporate his own character into that failure.
Glamočak: That "project", apart from the title, was never presented to me and I saw it for the first time on June 8 of this year.
MR: Well, in the title, the idea of 'Hero on the Corso' is paraphrased in the contract, (Article 3). (slurred in cg. language means untalented, uninspired by the Muses, for anything). Why did he go from Paris to look at 'someone else's' concept project if he already has his own? For not protecting him and presenting him to the patron. In that case I would fall off! My project is a donation to whoever recognizes the essence of the idea.
Glamočak: "...In defense of the profession and my authorship, I was punished so that, to this day, a great financial power has not paid me the back installment of the author's fee."
MR: Not to use an adequate term for untruth, I have evidence that everything from the contract was compensated according to the agreed terms. And as for the 'backward' compensation, he produced a higher price than the contract (increasing the dimensions of the monument at his own discretion, without asking the donor or the annex of the contract), which increased the cost of the casting accordingly. Thus, the price of the monument increased by a quarter of the contracted price. With that increase in dimensions, he disturbed the already adopted sculpture for casting by the client... And, as he himself admitted, he could no longer return to the adopted state. In general dishonor, the tabloid artist looks for an "intellectual" foothold, in "Hamlet from Mrduša donja" and the mindless "Bukara" who seeks to adapt Hamlet to himself. However, Ivo Brešan was just used by adaptation to make a local Hamlet, but how to explain it to Glamoch? For comfort, I'll tell him to 'bukara' or 'bokara' in cg. language also means 'night vessel', i.e. I recommend the 'tutu' and the untidy artist to sumina Shakespeare, and he stays with the tuta, since he is in dire straits.
Glamočak: "Radojičić is trying to intimidate me by threatening to call a press conference, by publicly broadcasting a video with edited and fabricated dirty laundry...?"
MR: How can you 'invent dirty laundry' in a video if it is not filmed? I don't think of any conference or court, but let's face it, whenever they do, I'll play him the video evidence, from the Parisian studio "on the black". And if he wants to go to court, all the records he saw will be on the shelf, so let him use it to his advantage. He even threatens me with 'threatened punishment'.
Glamočak: "I informed Đurovic, because for the execution of such an act (I guess I stole it), according to Article 173 of the Criminal Code, a sentence of up to one year in prison is provided."
MR: I'm afraid he won't change me in what he intended for me!?
Glamočak: "In the end, Đurovic and his pullen waited for the end of the work on the monument to announce, i.e. the media 'legitimize' the prepared intellectual theft and the blatant lie contained in the newspaper headline 'According to the idea of Mihailo Radojičić, Glamočak carved a monument to Čupica.' If that is so, why is it not in the signed contract?”
MR: There is a 'nota bene', but he will not see his own signature or the notary's stamp! It should be added here that the Protection of the original idea was filed 25 days before the sculptor signed the contract.
Glamočak: "My monument, my authorship, my realization, my struggle to defend the monument from primitive kitsch that was supposed to be an illustrative symbol of ideological division and suitable for any political manipulation. Yes, I defended Ljub Čupić's ideals with my approach to sculpture."
MR: This is how a sculptor in Paris, hidden behind a sculpture, defends Čupić from Amphilochia!
Glamočak: "I did my job, but you will suffer." Amphilochius is about to crucify you, my woe! The communists want to build a monument!"
MR: There is every chance that the swastika escaped because of Amfilochius and his students, and that the sculptor's post festum outrage was fueled by them.
Glamočak: "I did not allow the monument to be a coin for certain bribes directed by Radojičić through the incorporation of a hooked cross which, as an alleged request of the client, he asked to be inserted into the sculpture."
MR: Fabrication! No 'customer' asked for it, but I personally. The swastika on the last link of the chain, I said (without insisting), could be a symbolic address of the fascists, from which Čupić received the death sentence. But Glamoč dibidus, he doesn't understand. He said it was kitsch, and you imagine an artist, for whom the symbol of the greatest crime in history is kitsch! He said the same thing about the two padlocks on the chains that exist in the photo. 'Two are kitsch', one is enough! He found it at a Parisian flea market and attached it to a chain above his arms. He stood well. It was cast in Smederevo and then the sculptor took a grinder and sanded it. "It's kitsch," he snapped at the donor.
Glamočak: "Did Đurović also receive from Radojičić as a souvenir a tea cup with the image of Ljub Čupic before the shooting?" Radojičić's morbid kitsch concept developed through the souvenir company Orca Coating... Đurović was not aware of the commercial ambitions of Radojičić's associates!? Souvenirs from the only original, i.e. of the commercial 'ideal' project of Radojičić! What a shame…"
MR: Firstly, Montenegrins do not drink tea from a glass, so such a souvenir is meaningless. But the sadness of the artist is 'mint tea' when he insults me, so I will comfort him again. First, Ljubo is not for glass souvenirs, because that material is fragile. It is made of hard material, so the souvenir should be like that. By the way, something like that was personally recommended by the sculptor in the Paris studio, but I didn't look back on it, even though he instructed me in detail how the sculpture is digitally processed and then reduced into a souvenir. (I think I also have that 'recommendation' on the video). But I got the video from the archives of the Orderer, just three days ago in the length of several hours. I use those recordings in small doses, minutes and seconds, exactly according to Andrić: "it would survive months and years, but it can't survive minutes and seconds!"... I haven't even managed to review everything yet, let alone copy it. I have never heard of the company 'Orca...' let alone asked for services. At least that's easy to check... not lie. Send the name of the customer to the e-mail of the company and... la comedia e finita, but Glamoč is in progress!
Glamočak: "As the indisputable author of the monument to Čupić, I will initiate the procedure to sign the monument in a visible place on the sculpture and to move, forcibly and in an inappropriate place, the existing engraved dedication!?"
MR: Watch out now, he wants to erase the dedication of the donor of the monument! When he is already so delusional, it would be great if someone would give the killer some sense, before the intentional inaction. (He then looked back at the pedestal of the monument).
Glamočak: "After all, the pedestal would avoid dogs urinating (which is also the cause of the green color on the legs)."
MR: Dogs are much more polite 'artists'. They patinated the base of the monument, which the sculptor should have done professionally on the entire sculpture, but it is much sadder when the "performer" of someone else's idea patinas his work with a black face.
Glamocak: "Waiting for him to pay the outstanding royalty compensation to the author, I invite Đurović to a public confrontation on television."
MR: No, Đurović doesn't need anything. Let the 'damaged' face himself, with the help of the video, and he will see that when he lies, everything he says is true. Excuse me, but I had to finally tell the truth!
EPILOGUE: Indeed, by choosing a sculptor, I personally bear a certain responsibility. The customer-patron does not bear any. In everything, I was a mediator and a bystander. The client saw the monument only on Korza. However, I did not choose a bad sculptor, so much as a bad man. I know I speak badly, but not nearly as much as he insults and denies every documented fact. All his own transgressions he personally authorized herewith; not cultural, not artistic, not intellectual, but a tabloid text in cultivated 'Art'. Shame!
However, the biggest proof is on Korzo! Is Čupić in the sculpture? It is! Is the hero on the course? It is! Is it a walker? It is! And that is exactly what is protected!!! The hero is neither on a horse nor on a pedestal to be looked at from below, but a walker who can look everyone in the eye, and everyone can look him in the eye. He is a citizen of Korz. That's what I wanted and I succeeded, no matter how hard it was for the plagiarist... To bring Ljub back, to be our fellow citizen on the Square again. Everyone approaches him and takes a picture, for a memory and a long memory, only the liar from Paris cannot remember that he stole the idea. Čupić died for his homeland. He did not betray his country, nor his city, nor his fellow citizens. I hope, I believe, that they don't want him either. Admittedly, the first time he was shot by local Chetniks, and now novices are trying? Therefore, the hero is in his place. The sculptor is not!
