Someone rang the bell one morning - seriously - and I jumped...
What, I said, kam-ka-ni-je?! To pay, says the lady (or Mrs. - tun about 30 years old) the gravedigger! Gravedigger?! And this, I said, has never happened before! That the bill from the grave comes directly to my door! Well, she says, that's how you like it. It will, I said, fit Vuković money for elections, nothing else matters? Will you, sir, he says, pay the burial tax? How much is that, treasure me? That, he says, is 26.80 euros. You haven't raised the price... We haven't, he says, yet, etc.

I don't know, to be honest, who - by name, surname and high position - in those ancient times, when the decision was made about the new/future building of the Elementary School "Dušan Korać" in Bijelo Polje - and it is up to ten years old - it fell on the idea to integrate (incorporate) the premises of the Music School (JU School for Elementary Music Education, Bijelo Polje) within the planned facility. I would bet, for the fee from this text, that everything, from the very beginning, was sponsored by none other than our world-renowned builder - Bjelopolski Le Corbusier.
I am not saying, please, that there was a bad intention behind the decision to merge BP Elementary School and BP Elementary School, far from it - but it turned out that the world-renowned architect, BP Le Corby, who fought (don't ask me how ) for the honor of signing the project - once again, for the umpteenth time, he severely failed - which, truth be told, did not surprise anyone, among those familiar with the circumstances on the bloody CG architectural battlefield...
So, I repeat - it's not difficult for me to repeat: it went wrong from the very beginning - from the idea of building a new school on the place where the old school playground was located - next to the highway, which is at an elevation that is higher for some - how much? maybe five or six meters? - from the elevation of the ground floor of the old school - and that the new playground should be located on the site of the old school, which would have been demolished before, after the new school is built - concluding with the idea of having primary and secondary schools under the same roof - an idea with which, it will turn out, , BP LK failed to fight... And it's not that he didn't try, you can feel it.
OK, if you really insist, I'll get into the analysis of the Elementary School & Junior High School project in BP - but I beg you not to push me into it, mostly for the sake of your mental health, that is, your mental peace and tranquility...
There is more and more, day by day, nonsense around us, so every drop could spill over, believe me...

Again, I feel obliged to point out a couple of very bizarre moments related to the elementary school & middle school facility in BP...
Therefore, the controversial elementary school & kindergarten facility in BP - which is not yet in operation, and we don't know when it will be - has recently come under fire from the Bjelopolje public. Madam Julka Vukićević, the director of the Ministry of Education, started, for her part, from the fact that a world-renowned architect, BP LK, had (dis)positioned the premises of the Ministry of Education into the basement - OK, for the sake of truth, it should be said that it is not a basement, in the literal sense - and then added that those unfortunate rooms, whether or not they were in the basement, had no windows - and concluded that "it is unimaginable and unheard of for classrooms to be built without windows, for students to stay in rooms without air".
The world-renowned Neimar, BP LK, claims, for his part, that this is a "modern solution" and that "all classrooms and other rooms at the Music School have windows" - and that "they are without windows, completely targeted, designed individually practice rooms, deaf rooms, where one student stays and (one - op.a.) teacher, which represents a modern solution".
It is not, as far as I'm concerned, questionable whether the world-renowned architect, BP LK, still predicted with the project that the so-called deaf rooms "have adequate ventilation, lighting and be sound-proofed" - I'd bet they are - which gives rise to his fundamentally important question: "What would the windows on them be for (deaf rooms - op.a.)?”.
Mrs Sladjana Furundzic, flute teacher, rejects the allegations of the world-renowned builder, BP LK, and claims that the collective of the Ministry of Education "is outraged after the statements of the chief architect (BP LK - op.a.) that these are deaf rooms with all the necessary isolation, which is not true".
"When the collective toured the school," Furundžićeva testified, "we were informed by the contractor that there was nothing to do with it and that no deaf rooms were built" - which certainly leaves us in doubt.
And we also know that the world-renowned builder, BP LK, did not consult experts - the so-called acousticians - on the issue of deaf rooms, because, as he said, he teaches objects of musical spectacle at the Faculty of Architecture of UCG.

And as I am simply not able to figure out, even with wholehearted efforts, what is so spectacular about the so-called deaf rooms, i.e. music schools - I looked for answers, the faster the better, on the AF PG website (ucg.ac.me/osoblje/af) - and found that the world-renowned builder, BP LK, is not (anymore) on the list of "engaged staff" - but to continue to wholeheartedly contribute to the improvement, that is, to the training of future young CG architects (many young, very cute) and young CG architects (equally young, equally cute) - based on the clause on the so-called supplementary work and external cooperation - side by side with the greats of the architecture and urban planning of Montenegro, such as Svetislav Gavrilov - this is the one who prefers things to happen to him, rather than things happening to him - and Ratko Mitrović - this is the one who has been illegally building a house in BD for decades and who was the Minister of Ecology, Spatial Planning and Urbanism in the long-forgotten General Government Krivokapića. At the same address is also given (extend it) a list of objects on which the world-renowned builder, BP LK, was engaged - but, you see, the objects of the musical spectacle are not mentioned anywhere...
I'll have to, it seems, find out more precisely about it Dr. Svetlana Perović, the dean of AF UCG - on the way, I will ask her if there is a real need for me to be involved in the teaching process at AF PG - based on the clause on the so-called supplementary work and external cooperation - on the subject Architectural criticism and its associated architectural ethics.
Anyway, I asked the gentleman Laković, B.Sc.Eng., President of the Assembly of the Chamber of Engineers of Montenegro - whether IKCG regulated the status of the so-called acousticians, that is, acoustic and electro-acoustic engineers - and he told me, you guessed it, that he is not - or, in translation, there are no licensed acousticians in Montenegro - there is therefore no way for acoustic engineers to register in Montenegro.
So that...

Elem, the facility of elementary school and primary school BP was also visited by Mr Abazovic, Prime Minister, who was voted no-confidence in the Assembly of Montenegro, the day after the mentioned visit...
But about that - and some other things - in the next, or in one of the next issues of ART Vijesti...
