The play "Under Both Suns", which is based on the novel of the same name Ognje Spahić, in a dramatization Stella Miskovic, directed Boris Liješević, will be performed on Saturday, November 5 at the Montenegrin National Theater in Podgorica, at 20 p.m.
In the latest play "Zeta's House", which premiered last month, they play: Mrđan Grahovac, Varja Djukic, Marija Maša Labudović, Vule Marković, Goran Vujović, Jelica Vukcevic i Jelena Laban.
Director Boris Liješević reminds that the novel is about a married couple who have been living on a lighthouse in the far south of the country for 27 years, since the events that drastically affected their lives and their destinies.
"We have people who have been changed by loneliness and isolation, changed their characters and relationships, who live in silence, who are thus entangled in the past, who have stopped at one moment in life and it seems as if it no longer flows. In the second part of the play, they receive uninvited guests, two young people who want to camp near the lighthouse. After 27 years, they meet some people again, life wakes up again and laughter and screams start to ring out, a new atmosphere. However, the question is whether, after so many years of silence, abandonment and loneliness, a new life is welcome", emphasizes the director.
He signs the scenography Janja Valjarević, costume design Lina Lekovic, is a composer Nina Perovic, and costume designers Mia Đurović.
