Montenegrin film project, documentary film "Kontraadmiral", director and screenwriter Mladen Ivanovic, produced by the company "Artikulacija film" and the Croatian company "Restart", received the support of the Croatian Audio-Visual Center (HAVC) in the amount of 58.000 euros, in the category for the production of a feature-length documentary film, the Film Center of Montenegro (FCCG) announced. .
"The feature-length documentary film "Kontraadmiral" is the story of Krsto Đurović, to the rear admiral who died in the Yugoslav war because he refused to shell Dubrovnik", the description states.
This film project also received funding from HAVC in the previous period, in the category for the development of feature-length documentary film projects, and it received support from the FCCG in one of the earlier contests for the development of the project.
"Kontraadmiral" was also recognized from other addresses as a project with significant potential, so at the DOKSrbija workshop, intended for authors and producers of documentary films, it was awarded with participation in the DOK Industry program within the Documentary and Animated Film Festival in Leipzig.
