Ante Tomić on Tuesday in Podgorica

Croatian writer and journalist Ante Tomić is a guest on Tuesday in Podgorica as part of Tribune 201, which is organized by the portal Normalizuj.

Journalist and writer Brano Mandić will speak with one of the most important post-Yugoslav authors, and the evening is announced under the title "Thinking unbearable".

Apart from the allusion to the unbearable heat of Podgorica, it is also about Tomić's literary courage to build his humorous fables from the bitter mental molds of the Dinaric region.

The literary evening starts at 20 p.m. in the area of ​​the Cultural Center 201.

Ante Tomić was born in 1970 in Split, works as a professional journalist in Morning paper. He published several novels, and the most famous titles are: "What's a man without a mustache", "Nothing should surprise us", "Miracle in Poskokova Draga", "The Magnificent Jumps".

Among the numerous dramatizations and screenwriting oeuvre, Tomić's collaboration with director Rajko Grlić on films stands out. "Watchtower" i "Constitution of the Republic of Croatia".

Tomić is one of the most widely read columnists in the former Yugoslavia.
