Bojković graduated from the Faculty of Architecture in Podgorica, where he obtained his master's degree with the work "Identity of the Urban Core of the City of Nikšić in Space and Time". He completed his doctoral studies at the Department of Architecture of the Polytechnic University of the Marche Region in Ancona, Italy in 2014, and defended his doctoral thesis "Transformation of architectural/urban identity of Nikšić city, Montenegro", which he worked on under the mentorship of Professor Antonel Aliči, in 2018. The same year earned the title of Doctor Europaeus at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Ljubljana. under the mentorship of Professor Peter Gabrijelčič. He was elected to the position of assistant professor at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Montenegro in 2020.

He is the author of several scientific papers published in relevant international scientific journals and at international conferences. As a co-author and author, he has won several awards at international architectural competitions, exhibitions and conferences. He is the winner of the "Božidar Milić" award in the category of critical theoretical text for the monograph "Architecture and Urbanism of the City of Nikšić after the Second World War" (2019) published by the Andrejević Foundation.
