The play "Decameron" co-produced by the Podgorica City Theater won the prize for visual identity "Krstomir Milovanović" at the 32nd Festival "Days of Zoran Radmilović" in Zaječar.
The expert jury consisted of: president dr Miroslav Radonjic and members of dr Dusko Ljustina i Nenad Novakovic they made this decision unanimously.
"The artistry and visual identity of the play through scenography Valentina Svetozareva and costumes Maria Pupučevska they are particularly significant for the playwright's and director's deliberations and concrete solutions, both in terms of the overall atmosphere and the meaning level of the play," the jury stated in its explanation.
In addition, the audience also voted for the play "Decameron", with a high average score that puts it in second place, after the play "The Developmental Path of Bora Šnejder" by the Yugoslav Drama Theater from Belgrade, which won 9.63 points.
A performance Giovanni Boccaca, in dramatization Stevan Koprivica, and direction Dejana Projkovski, was created in the co-production of the City Theater Podgorica, the National Theater Niš and the Bar Culture Center, i.e. the Bar Yearbook festival.
After each performance, the award "Zoranov brk" for the best actor of the evening was awarded, which went to the "Decameron" Dusan Kovačević for the roles of Ćepelet and Don Galioti.
"The special directorial work of Dejan Projkovski, when he stages masterpieces of world literature, is recognizable for its visual effectiveness and acting playfulness. From this very uniform collective acting, the jury had to single out one actor and award him an award, tonight it is Dušan Kovačević ", the jury stated in its explanation.
He received the Festival's newly established award for best director Veljko Mićunović for the play "Fathers and Fathers" by the National Theater from Belgrade.
The main award for the best acting performance went to Nenad Jezdić for the role of Bora Schneider in the play "Development Path of Bora Schneider", according to the text Aleksandar Popović, in directing Egon Savin.
A special award for acting was awarded Ozren Grabarić for the role of Mephisto in Goethe's (Pra)Faust, dramatized by Fedor Šili, directed by Boris Liješević, produced by the Belgrade Drama Theater.
The journalistic jury, which worked in the composition of: Tatjana Njezic ("Flash"), Olivera Milosevic (RTS) and Borka Golubović from Trebješanin ("Politika") awarded the award for the best young actor at the Zoran Radmilović Days to the actress Ivi Ilinčić for the role of Margaret in the play "PraFaust".
