If the mind and its power really have the power to bring about immortality, then it has Petar II Petrovic Njegos gained.
Although November 13, Njegošev's day, Montenegrin cultural holiday was officially celebrated a week ago, and a number of programs were organized on this occasion throughout Montenegro, yesterday at the Montenegrin Academy of Sciences and Arts (CANU) in Podgorica, a forum "The Philosophical and Literary Aspect of Luča" was held microcosm”...
It was with the song "Luča mikrokosma" that Njegoš became one of the five great metaphysical poets, the academician said at the beginning Niko Martinović and added that the scientific forum, after the exhibition "Between Stone and Sky" by a foreign member of CANU Dimitrija Popović, The Academy celebrates Njegos Day.
"The day of poets and bishops, which was pure spirituality and which is an unrepeatable metaphor of Montenegrin life and which, as it is written New Vuković, with the ease that only the privileged have, navigated the most difficult and eternal topics of life: history, science, religion..., demonstrating the colossal power of his imagination and his mind, as if he was in communication with higher spheres", said Martinović.
Associate member of CANU prof. Ph.D Siniša Jelušić he pointed out that the issue of the relationship between poetry and philosophy is extremely complex and added that poetry and philosophy have the same weight...
"The literary work of Petar II Petrović Njegoš, and especially 'The Harbor of Microcosm', is the closest to a particular form of philosophical or religious-theological expression, in the original sense attributed to Helena. Therefore, it is a question of the relationship between myth and logos, which are inextricably linked, and therefore 'Luča mikrokosma' has the right to be read as a philosophical text", said Jelušić, who presented his interpretation of the fragmentary verses of the great song.
That Njegoš was born a poet, and due to circumstances became a bishop, CANU foreign member Dimitrije Popović pointed out in his presentation.
"I have often repeated it, even now, because I think it is important to point out that Njegoš became a bishop due to circumstances, but he was born a poet. There is one well-founded thought in literature, and that is that a writer becomes a poet and a poet is born," said Popović and referred to Njegoš's poetic freedom, but also his courage.
Extraordinary member of CANU, prof. Ph.D Sonja Tomović Šundić in her fundamental speech, she based herself on Njegoš's specific view of the world, which she tried to explain primarily through his metaphysics, epistemology, ethics, aesthetics, anthropology, the global philosophical symbols he uses, where light has a key place, but also through the philosophical categories of time and eternity discussed by Njegoš, but also through the question of space, and even love, and all this without dealing with the language and style that Njegoš uses, which she characterized as brilliant.
"We can say that he has his own philosophical view of the world, he has a vision of the world that is philosophical, thought-provoking, deep, which stems from one of the most spiritual feelings and that spiritual reality that is understood by the mind, because the mind equates us with immortals," said Tomović Šundić.
She emphasized that although he did not have a systematic education, Njegoš was extremely educated, had an innate poetic gift, and was also witty in an intellectual way.
The perfect prelude to their presentations was the short art film by Dimitrije Popović "Aureole Microcosm", which was made on the occasion of the 210th anniversary of the birth of the great poet. In the film Njegoš's verses, but also excerpts from the monodrama "Potonja ura Njegoševa" Slobodan Tomović speaks Slobodan Marunović and brings an interwoven combination of the visual, poetic, philosophical, and even erotic in the most refined sense.
While the works of Dimitrije Popović dance with the bishop in abstract rapture on the big screen, words and verses echo that deepen the infinite depth of the viewer's and listener's thoughts, bringing them closer to the unfathomable. Popović said that he tried to get to the essence of the meaning of images and words that flow through someone and discover how to shape these secrets, be they philosophical, metaphysical or religious, through a single medium such as a painting, sculpture or performance... He also pointed out that Njegoš as an artist and creator is unthinkable without the participation of Eros.
Philosopher Tomović Šundić also shared her impressions after the film, who said that she was particularly impressed by passages from her father's work, and that she was emotionally moved by it.
