The day of the "Velimir A. Leković" Gallery was marked on April 12 with the "Millennials" exhibition, where the works of seven young creators, members of the Association of Fine Artists of Montenegro (ULUCG), were presented.
Works are presented Ananij Bešović, Dušan Đukić i Ana Novaković from Podgorica, Ksenija Borozan from Cetinje, Maje Marinović i Emine Nimangebović from Bar i Milos Raznatović.
Director of the Gallery, dr Milun Lutovac pointed out that the intention was that precisely on Gallery Day, u The size čast, who, in addition to fine art, also possessed a special pedagogical gift, presented seven young artists. He expressed his belief that for them this exhibition will be a wind at their backs to navigate the turbulent waters of artistic creation.
"All the works presented at the exhibition of seven young Montenegrin painters are both a part and a whole. They are, in fact, both a thing and a memory, a feeling and an idea, in a word - the spirit of a time within which they appear simultaneously as form and content", said Lutovac.
The lively and general aesthetics that we currently have when it comes to young artists, added Lutovac, is the result of the crystal amphoric codification of individual creative processes observed through the hacklebaristic existence of the work.
President of ULUCG, Svetlana Dragojevic she said that they try to give young people an incentive and an opportunity to see how and how much they can create.
One of the young artists whose works are on display, Dušan Đukić, told the "News" that he presented himself to the bar audience with three paintings dealing with the theme of revitalizing everyday life and "daydreaming".
"I am very satisfied with the exhibition and the setting precisely because young artists, 'Millennials', participated, because I think that young artists who need support should be promoted as much as possible," said Đukić.
He noticed that recently young artists are getting more and more space for exposure and promotion, and he hopes that there will be more.
He added that he is honored that their works are part of the exhibition marking the "Velimir A. Leković" Gallery Day.
Lutovac said that he hopes that such and similar projects will be found again on the map of Montenegrin art, and that in this way they will contribute to the achievement of the goal of returning ULUCG to where it once was.
The day of the Bar Gallery and the opening of the exhibition were made official by the songs of the KUD "Jedinstvo" klapa from Bar.
