The book "Montenegro poetry between the two world wars" Olga Vojičić Komatina will be presented tomorrow in Podgorica, in the "Dodest" hall of the "Budo Tomović" Cultural and Information Center at 19 p.m.
Prof. will speak at the promotion. Ph.D Vesna Vukićević Janković, prof. Ph.D Dušanka Popović and the author. The verses will be recited by a professor of literature from Nikšić Senka Đurović, and the musical numbers are performed by a violinist Dušica Kordić and a pianist Nikola Vuckovic. She is the mediator of the evening Ksenija Rakočević.
The book "Montenegro poetry between the two world wars" is the author's modified doctoral dissertation
"It sublimates the work of Montenegrin poets who created between the two world wars, with a special focus on the explicit and immanent poetics of Risto Ratković, Radovan Zogović, Mirko Banjević, Stefan Mitrović and Janko Đonović. In it, you can find elements of the avant-garde poetics that was emerging at that time and developed in the South Slavic area, but also elements of socialist realist poetics that prevailed since the thirties of the twentieth century," the announcement states.
