(This text does not intend to deal with the details of malicious acts towards Montenegro in a relatively small space, but goes, sometimes collectively, to the main means with which the endangering of the state and the demolition of its foundations have been projected, and recently started. individual parts of the text will not name the causes and carriers of problems and phenomena, don't worry, that is the easiest way to solve it. In this way, the estimate is that more of them will be recognized).
A general concern. How can citizens not be worried to the heavens when the two highest institutions of Montenegro, the Parliament and the Government, with controversial leaders and their loyal followers, instead of solving the economic and political crisis, deepen it to worrying limits. In everything, they are guided, on the one hand, by party, national-nationalist plans, and on the other, by hard-to-grasp economic affairs and interests. They are cooperative in this. They do what they want and how they want, because they are in the artificial two-thirds.
A different end goal. In the future Mr. the president of the Assembly, possibly, sees himself in an even greater function, as some variant of the leader of the vassal Voivodeship. Prime Minister, still hazy. (In the following text for both options and leaders - Out of bounds).

As the opposition, before they came to power, they loudly said that it was a mistake to join NATO and that a referendum should be called for leaving. They have to be careful with the colors of the rainbow, because even a loud story, even a theatrical one, can disturb the older brother.
Special associated hit Mostly from the top of the Government. With cryptic and obscure programs and pipes, they operate in the Ripley sphere. The government has 33 ministries. More ministers than a country with over a billion inhabitants. The world is laughing at us. It doesn't matter to them. And we are economically powerful enough to cover all costs. True, rationalization was introduced. All two ministers in one armchair... Just look at how, with the mask of importance, the art of discomfort, they act from the anxiety of the half-armchair. In addition to everything, ideological-political - horns in the bag. And the supreme commander of the Assembly announces a special joke, that every deputy can hire your own advisor, of course, with a new cost. And the latest good news, a 30 percent increase in salaries for public officials. Unbelievable. However, there is no need to worry, it will also be for salaries and new fees, because, anyway, the funds are not invested in investing in production projects... The overall situation is reminiscent of the great comedy series "The White Ship" in which the main character Šojić, for a minister without a portfolio, he says - a minister without an armchair. "Shut up there". "There is some secret relationship...".
Epic poem, songbook, or Dead Village. The government flaunts promises to increase salaries and pensions. They expressed this in the form of a songbook, which they repeat whenever they have no arguments for unconvincing stories: pensions at least this much, for high school, so much for high school, so much for the average salary. And they immediately switch to another topic. Then fairy tales about Montenegro, which is crisscrossed lengthwise and crosswise by highways and expressways. And, they stretch around the continuation of the next section of the highway. (We're in a hurry, there's no time to wait). Well, the culmination - a whole new town, Velje Brdo (and valleys). (In line with these fantasies is the Prime Minister's congratulation on the occasion of Njegoš's Day, I care sthom: "Let there be what cannot be". If they are held, it will be for us). Who pays to invest in Brdo. And who from little Montenegro will settle it. The only thing is to move people from the North from the few half-empty hills. Well, if decades of carelessness continue towards the North, at the next census we will write that nature-blessed area in - dead villages. Instead of investing primarily in agricultural, in the most certain production and profit, the north is on the margin of interest of both this and previous governments. And the fact that it is invested in encouraging the development of the village is - by the spoonful. What's more, they are inventing new levies on part of the agrarians. A blow to Montenegrin pride and brand, to wine. To "Plantaže" and host winemakers. So, it seems, it will be more difficult for them under this government than under those who are now behind bars.

A game with plastic bags. Like when they dance in the wind in the village. Not a trifle, but a clear indicator of how he takes money out of citizens' pockets. First, the government announcement of the Government of Ecological Montenegro that it will prevent the use of plastic bags and allow them to be replaced by paper bags, cheap paper bags, etc. And, look. Instead, they replaced the old thinner bags with two and a half times in microns thicker. And they decompose so much more slowly in nature. The previous ones are back on sale as well. All in the pocket of citizens. Another example of mocking ecological Montenegro. The scoffer's face doesn't even blush.
New production capacities are nowhere in sight. Not even with a hoe, let alone a pickaxe and an excavator to bury the foundation of a certain capital project. Except in promises. Money from various debts, loans, donations, bonds are primarily used to cover salaries. First, the one to cover that songbook and occasionally to calm down the rebels. But not everything turns out as promised. The only ones who should not be missed are civil servants. A safe 30 percent for them! In addition to all this, they can complain that, for example, the police is in a catastrophic personnel and technical condition.
In all combinations and plans, Dvotrećinski doesn't say a word about the poor and those on the brink of poverty. There are about 130.000 of them. Along with them, there are unregistered hungry people. To the shame of the authorities, the function of soup kitchens is becoming stronger. They console the vulnerable, as in the case of the invalid who returns from the front without a leg and an arm on crutches, promising him, "The people will gild it all".
What if it shakes. The revenues from which this government is maintained and the full budget are mainly from established sources. Mostly from tourism. The proven fact that tourism largely depends on nature's mood is ignored. Let's say, what if they order winters with little snow. And what if it shakes. We are in an extremely dangerous situation. The neighbors have been shaking for two years. Croatia and Greece with greater consequences. And Albania. With a caring government, logic rules - they won't.
From the sidelines of past and current events, sometimes comical
DPS Problems related to the long reign of DPS were not included in the previous text. It would be a story for a two-volume book. And she is well known. Their most significant effect is the return of Montenegrin statehood. But, with the Placka privatization system, they left behind the economic sinking of the independents. In essence, the omission was: instead of the first morning after the murder, police officers with sniffer dogs came to the house (then there was only a trace of the killer), the sniffers got involved after a few days. And that in areas where the traces of animals and people intersected. That detail, Mr. Minister, it cannot be a local matter, but the responsibility of the security service from the top.
