First solo concert of a young Montenegrin flautist Elena Golubovic will be held today in Podgorica, as part of the "Young Talents" cycle, in the large hall of the "Budo Tomović" Cultural and Information Center, at 19 p.m., and admission is free.

Elena Golubović was born in 2007 in Bar. She received her primary music education at the "Petar II Petrović Njegoš" Music School in the class of Biljana Dedic. She continued her secondary education at the Art School of Music and Ballet "Vasa Pavić", in the class of the same teacher, where she is currently in the third grade. As a soloist and member of chamber ensembles, she has won numerous awards at national and international competitions, including: International Meetings of Flutists "Tahir Kulenović" in Valjevo, International Flutist Competition "Miodrag Azanjac" in Belgrade, "International Wind Instruments Competition" in Tivat, "Sirmium Music Fest" in Sremska Mitrovica, "International Competition of Young Flutists" in Šabac, "Harmonika Fest" in Tivat and others...

She won first prize at the 47th Youth Music Festival of Montenegro (Cetinje, 2022) in the chamber music discipline and the title of winner in her category in the solo flute discipline at the First International Wind Instrument Competition in Tivat, 2024. She participated in the Children's Symphony Orchestra Vivum project in 2023, in Cetinje.
