I was informed by those who strictly ensure that everything that needs to be reported is reported to the right person - that I had made a grave mistake regarding the lady. Perovic, Dean of the Faculty of Architecture, University of Montenegro...
Namely, on this occasion I addressed Dean Perović as “dekanesa Perović” on a couple of occasions - which is incorrect - precisely because the suffix “essa” which denotes the feminine gender in Italian - is associated exclusively with masculine nouns that end with the vowel “e” - principe, dottore, professore - hence principessa, dottoressa, professoressa - and since the masculine noun “decano” ends in “o” - the feminine gender is “il decana” - with the necessary remark that the incorrect use of the suffix “essa” can also have a pejorative/derogatory meaning - which I did not know - but it is just as unforgivable as if I had known, I am aware of that - I apologize for that - in the hope that Ms. Professoressa Dottoressa Perović - il decana - will forgive me...
I apologize once again - both to the public and to Mrs. Perović...

Secondly, there are no more “code names” - because it has been brought to my attention in the meantime - by those who strictly ensure that attention is drawn to everyone who needs attention - that code names cause unspeakable mental pain to individuals whose real names I have concealed with code names - therefore, there are no more comrades Noci and Srl, for example, from now on I am talking about Mr. Novica Mitrovic and to the gentleman Srdjan Lakovic - and there are no more friends Slavujka and Viki-Viki-Violet - from now on I'm talking exclusively about Mrs. Slavica Stamatović Vučković and to the distinguished lady Dijana Vučinić - former head of the Department for Development Projects in Urban Planning and Architecture at the former Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism - during the time of the esteemed minister Branimir Gvozdenović (not Gvozda, please) - and as for the world-renowned Architect - Le Corbusier of Bjelopolje - I took over that code name - the authorship of that code name does not belong to me - so if Mr. Rifat Alihodzic prefers that I use his full name and surname here - Rifat Alihodžić - let me know - because it was suggested to me by circles close to Alihodžić - it's been more than ten years - that I use a code name instead of his real name - and that, as they say, "save his face" - because outside of a very narrow circle of honorable followers of the cult of the Immaculate Virgin of Architecture - hardly anyone knows who the world-renowned Architect - Bjelopolje LC is.

So, I have already stated in this same place, and it is worth repeating - that none of our appearances at the architecture biennales in Venice have borne fruit - which would refer to the fact that not a single time did our exhibition in Venice give birth to something that we could call a discourse - or at least a dialogue on the Montenegrin urban-architectural scene (which does not exist, but let us pretend that it does) - a dialogue that would be stimulated/started precisely by our exhibition in Venice - and the reverse relation also applies - none of our exhibitions in Venice were stimulated/started by any event (or phenomenon) on the Montenegrin architectural-urban scene (which has died down) - therefore, the saying "Where the grain has sprouted,/ there let it bear fruit" does not apply - or, in other words, none of the problems that could be characterized as local architectural-urban problems - and which could be subsumed under the integral spatial planning - was not adequately problematized in Venice at the architecture biennales - nor will it be problematized, I would bet all my money, in the foreseeable future.
OK, there were a few attempts - which aren't worth mentioning anyway - and which, truth be told, no one remembers anymore - least of all the gentlemen. Goran Radovic and his partner - Rifat Alihodžić - a world-renowned architect - the Bijelo Polje Le Corbusier.
And why, consequently, should we be racking our brains over the repercussions and repercussions of the Montenegrin exhibition at this year's Architecture Biennale in Venice - when the ministers are there? Radunovic and the esteemed minister, Mrs. Kordic - with their aides - and to allocate (as the DPS would say) funds and to collect and deduct everything that needs to be collected and deducted...

At this unique (historical) moment, I feel a duty and obligation to praise no other lady than, fanfare please: the esteemed lady Maša Vlaović - “a dedicated scholar and accomplished professional in the field of art history”, she says on the Internet address gov.me (there is no translation into Montenegrin or Serbian) - which she did not teach, but on June 5, less than a month after the ceremonial opening of the Montenegrin exhibition at the 19th International Architecture Exhibition - Venice Biennale 2025 - she announced, fanfare please: Public call for project proposals for the representation of Montenegro at the 61st International Art Exhibition - Venice Biennale 2026 - in front of the Museum of Contemporary Art of Montenegro (MCA Montenegro) - and not in front of Mrs. Vujovic, or the Ministry of Culture and Media.
The aforementioned International Exhibition will be held from May 9 to November 22, 2026 (opening on May 6, 7 and 8, 2026) - and Ms. Vlaović also says that "the Venice Biennale of Contemporary Art represents an opportunity for the affirmation of Montenegrin contemporary art, as well as for the presentation and promotion of Montenegro" - and she also says that the Ministry of Culture and Media is the sponsor (Patron, excuse me) of Montenegro's participation in the Venice Biennale - and she also says that "the Museum of Contemporary Art of Montenegro for the production of work (with which Montenegro will be represented at the 2026 Art Biennial - op.) and equipping the exhibition space provides 50.000 euros.
Now, if we know that the announcement of the "Competition for the selection of a conceptual project that will represent Montenegro at the XIX International Architecture Exhibition in Venice" stated that "the financial resources allocated for the development and elaboration of the project, the realization and production of the exhibition in Venice are 80.000,00 euros" - and that the MSU of Montenegro, I repeat, is not difficult for me, providing 50.000 euros for the production of the work that will represent Montenegro at the next Biennial of Art, in 2026, and equipping the exhibition space...
I don't know, I'm not smart...
Especially if we know that Montenegro is planned to be presented at the 61st Art Biennial next year in the same space where it was presented at the 19th Architecture Biennial...
I would bet, for all my money, that Ms. Vlaović, the former Minister of Culture and Media, will urge Ms. Vujović, the current Minister of Culture and Media - to add at least that much to the promised 50.000 euros...
It would be a shame if our fraternal Republic of Serbia dominated in Venice again - at any cost...
