Enes Halilović's "Kosara's Wreath"

At the "Godinj Starry Nights" festival, which began last night in Godinj near Virpazar, the newly established "Kosarin vijenac" award was awarded to Enes Halilović for the novel "Bekos".

The jury, consisting of Mirko Rakočević, president, Olga Vojičić Komatina and Radoje Femić, made a unanimous decision after reviewing the books published in the region between the two festivals.

On the first evening of the festival, an exhibition by Milun Lutovac was opened, followed by a discussion of Vuk Cerović's novels. After that, poets Gojko Božović and Sonja Tomović Šundić performed, and painter Pero Nikčević introduced himself to the audience.

A concert by the rock band "Mikrokozma" rounded off the first night of this festival.

In the late evening hours, the audience enjoyed the ethnic singing of the group "Brojanica" along with local vintage wine, prosciutto, cheese and priganice.
