The monodrama "Don Quixote", based on the novel by Spanish writer Miguel de Cervantes, performed by theater and film actor and director Aram Hovhannisyan from Yerevan, Armenia, will be held tonight at the "Venice Palace" in the Old Town of Ulcinj, starting at 20:30 PM.
Hovhannisyan is the founder of the Aram Hovhannisyan Cultural Center, the artistic director of the WMMM cultural organization, from 2014 to 2018 he was the executive director of the national TV channel H3 in Armenia, from 1999 to 2016 he was an actor and director at the G. Sundukyan National Academic Theater in Yerevan, from 1995 to 1999 he was an actor and director at the H. Paronyan State Musical Comedy Theater in Yerevan, and from 1991 to 1994 he was an actor and director at the Yerevan State Youth Theater.
He has received numerous awards and recognitions, and at international festivals around the world he has made significant appearances in the monodramas King John, Hamlet, Richard, Ara the Beautiful, The Merchant of Venice...
