The audience at the Herceg Novi Film Festival, from August 23rd to 29th, will have the opportunity to see what viewers can expect in the new seasons of the most popular regional television series.
In addition to this exclusive insight into the new seasons of the series, interviews with members of the creative teams, directors and actors have also been announced, all within the out-of-competition TV Niš program, which is a novelty of this year's 38th edition of the Herceg Novi - Montenegro Film Festival (FFHN - MFF).
The following projects will be presented: "Rock Me Gently", "Kidnapping", "Shame Over the Balkans", "12 Words", "Shame", "The Will of a Son" and "Your Name Will Be Barbarian".
President of the FFHN-MFF Council, Director of the Film Center of Montenegro, Aleksandra Božović, She pointed out that Telekom's projects will also be presented for the first time, and that the audience will have the opportunity to watch one episode of the series "Otmica", whose scriptwriter is one of the most prominent Montenegrin playwrights and screenwriters, Stefan Boskovic. The series is planned to be broadcast on Radio Television of Montenegro starting in September.
"In addition to 'Abduction', one episode each of the series '12 Words' and 'Your Name Will Be Varvara' will be shown, also produced by Telekom. The series 'Rock Me Gently', which will be filmed in Herceg-Novi from the beginning of September, will be exclusively announced at the festival," Božović announced.
She added that a "special attraction" will be an exclusive screening of an episode of the new season of the extremely successful series "Shadows over the Balkans". The festival's guest will be a prominent director, actor and producer. Dragan Bjelogrlic.
During the festival, the authors of the series "Shame" will also be present, which attracts a huge number of viewers and followers on social networks.
"The second season of this series is currently airing on HRT in Croatia, and the authors will present the way they achieved such success along with the screening of one episode," said Božović, emphasizing that the soundtrack from the series is the most listened to this summer in Croatia, and that it is a teenage series that has become a regional phenomenon.
The series will be presented in the "Park" hall, and the first on the program is on August 24th - "Rock Me Gently" by the director Miloš Avramović at 16 p.m., and "Abduction" by the director Miroslav Lekić at 19:XNUMX p.m.
A day later, on August 25th, the third season of the series "Shadows over the Balkans" directed by Dragan Bjelogrlić will be presented.
On Tuesday, August 26th at 19 p.m., the third season of the series "12 Words" by the director will be presented. Jelena Stolica, and on Wednesday, August 27th at 19 pm, the series "Shame" by the director Jelena Gavrilović.
On the last day of the TV Niš program, August 28th, the focus will be on the TV series "The Will of the Sons" Nemanja Ćeranić, whose presentation is scheduled for 10 a.m., and "Your Name Is Varvara" by the director Dejan Zečević, at 19:XNUMX p.m.
As part of the TV Niš program, and in cooperation with RTCG and the Film Center, a "pitch day" will be organized, at which Montenegrin authors will explain their upcoming projects in a kind of competition, all with the aim of encouraging the production of feature series in Montenegro.
