The San Diego International Film Festival, which is celebrating its 24th edition this year, is known for presenting independent films that raise questions about social issues, human rights and migration. As a representative of the film crew, a Montenegrin actress temporarily working in the US participated in the conversation with the audience, Gordana Pajovic.
The main producer of the film, Milorad Radenović, emphasized that this award confirms the artistic value and international interest in the film:
"We believe that Obraz represents a strong contribution to cinematography that explores human identity and moral values. Participation in this festival is an extraordinary opportunity for international affirmation of the film and bringing the audience closer to a story that deals with Balkan historical experiences, but also universal themes," said Radenović.
