On the occasion of the celebration of Nikšić Theater Day, February 16th, the play "Father" will be performed on the main stage of that theater today at 20 p.m., which according to the text is Florian Zeller directed Natasha Poplavska.
"The celebration will be attended by a large number of guests from Montenegro and the region. The arrival was announced by the Minister of Culture and Media of Montenegro Tamara Vujović, Director of the Macedonian National Theatre Nikola Kimoski, dramatist Tihomir Stanic, the director of the play Natasa Poplavska, and many others. The attendees will be greeted by an actor from the Nikšić Theater Jovan Krivokapic", it is highlighted in the announcement.
"Father" is a contemporary family drama that deals with the topic of dementia and its impact on family relationships.
"Told through a fragmentary and stage-intriguing structure that follows the inner world of the main character, the play was very well received by the audience and the professional public," the description states.
The play features: Vladan Gajovic, Anja Drljevic, Jovan Krivokapic, Maja Stojanovic, Nikola Vasiljevic i Andrea Draskovic.
