“Bridge on the Drina” in Danilovgrad

Monodrama "The Bridge on the Drina" based on the famous work Iva Andrić, and in the interpretation of a dramatic artist Tihomir Stanić, will be performed tomorrow at the Danilovgrad Cultural Center, at 20 p.m.

"In a selection of the most beautiful and moving passages from the novel, the rich world of the Višegrad town, the fate of people, history and time that flows under the arches of the famous Mehmed-paša Sokolović Bridge opens up before the audience. Guided by deep respect for Andrić's work, Stanić has been expressing his thoughts and visions for two decades, creating a unique stage experience filled with emotion and wisdom," the announcement states.
