An urban emigrant mercilessly calls out the world

The promotion of the book "The Smile of Jasmine Ahmetspahić" by Dino Burdžović, published by "Almanach", will be held today in Podgorica, in the "Marko Miljanov" hall of the "Radosav Ljumović" National Library, at 18 p.m. In addition to the author, the following will speak about the book: Atvija Kerović, Vanja Kovačević and Dženisa Mujović.

Reviewer Petar Matović wrote that "The Smile of Jasmine Ahmetspahić" by Dino Burdžović is a condemning cry of the heroes of the collection against war events around the world, energized by the journey of a dramatic love affair through the execution sites of the former Yugoslavia.

The language, which does not succumb to political or any other correctness, or even poetic correctness, is exceptionally lively, fresh, and easily communicates with the reader, who, despite (or precisely because of!) its pronounced bitterness, brings complete reading pleasure," states Matović.
