"It was an incredible feeling to stand on the stage of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and be part of such a major world choral event. This is not just a medal, but a huge confirmation of the work, effort, love for music and all the shared moments that we have built over the years," Kljajević told Vijesti.

The Bijelo Polje Choir performed a fifteen-minute repertoire, "Earth Song" (Frank Ticheli), "Autumn" (Ola Gjeilo), "Sano dušo" arranged by Dušan Pokrajičić and "Ja sam rodjen na salašu" arranged by Zoran Mulić.

Special emotions, as Kljajević noted, were brought by the composition "City of Stars" (Justin Hurwirz, Ben Pasek, Jay Althouse), in which the soloists were Ermin Franca and Dunja Lješnjak, while the choir was accompanied on the piano by accompanist Milena Đurović.

"The festival began with a magnificent parade of choirs, where all ensembles performed one song each. On that occasion, our choir performed 'Mi mou thimonis matia mou' (George Dalaras), and already at the first bars, soloists Saška Rakonjac and conductor Miloš Vojinović elicited ovations and strong applause from the audience. We are very proud that we were the only representatives of Montenegro to win the bronze medal and that we had the opportunity to connect people, cultures and languages through music," Kljajević emphasized.

At the 15th World Choir Festival in Thessaloniki, the jury included Erifili Damianu from Greece, Sonja Nadja Simanjuntak from Indonesia, Martina Jurikova from the Czech Republic, and Paul D. Head and Deana Joseph from the United States of America (USA).
