And just as I was thinking, I should say something about the project entitled "City Apartment" - which is backed by the Capital City of Podgorica - and which is conceived as a response "to the increasingly pronounced problem of the lack of affordable housing, given that more than a quarter of households in Podgorica do not have a permanently resolved housing issue" - with the aim of "creating conditions for a dignified life and strengthening social security, especially for young families, single parents and senior citizens who are not in the social protection system"...

But don't lie, devil...

"At the United Nations World Urban Forum in Baku ("Housing the world: Safe and resilient cities and communities" - The 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), Baku, Azerbaijan - from 17 to 22 May of this year - ed.), shouts Slaven Radunović - Minister of Spatial Planning in the Government Milojko Spajić, "I presented the "Velje brdo" project, the largest infrastructure project in the history of Montenegro and one of the most important development projects of the country."

What other projects are among the "most important development projects of the state" - we ask ourselves now - if we assume that the "Velje brdo" project is a project after all - and not a colorful lie...

I don't know, I'm not smart...

"I am particularly pleased that the project has been recognized as an example of modern and sustainable urban development," Slaven equally exclaims, "but also as an answer to one of the most important questions of today - how to provide citizens with quality and affordable housing. The belief has been expressed that such projects can be an example for other countries in the region that are facing the challenges of urbanization and rising housing prices. That is why it is important that we share experiences and build sustainable cities on a human scale."

This "man" probably refers to Milojko - Mićko - Spajić...

Jokes aside - Slaven says he met with a lady in Baku Anaklaudijom Rosbah (Anacláudia Rossbach), Executive Director of the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) - on which occasion, he says, he "recommended" the "Velje brdo" project to Ms. Rossbach - "as one of the key development projects in the field of urban planning and housing in Montenegro, which aims to respond to the housing needs of a large number of Podgorica citizens in a long-term and sustainable manner, with a strong social component and improvement of the quality of life".

It does not say whether - or not - Mrs. Rosbach had any comments on Slaven's recommendation - and the big question is what Slaven, specifically, presented in Baku - there seems to be no mention of that - so we can only guess on what basis - on what basis was the "Velje Brdo" project recognized in Baku "as an example of modern and sustainable urban development" - and it could easily be that they took Slaven's word in Baku - an honorable pioneer's - without asking unnecessary questions and without insisting on any details - especially if he mentioned those billions (and billions) that Mićko Spajić "allocated" - as the old DPS members would say - for the implementation of the "Velje Brdo" project...

However, based on the information - both official and unofficial - related to the "Velje Brdo" project - which is currently publicly available - it is difficult for us to reach any valid conclusions - both about the VB project and Slaven's visit to Baku...

In my attempts to obtain any concrete information about the stay of Minister Radunović and his entourage (entourage) in Baku - about how, specifically, the so-called "Velje Brdo" project was presented in Baku - I came across something titled: Proposal for a platform for the participation of the Minister of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property, Slaven Radunović, at the 13th session of the UN World Urban Forum (WUF13), 17-22 May 2026, Baku, Azerbaijan.

“The Baku Forum will be particularly important,” states the Platform Proposal, “as it will focus on creating (sic) safe, inclusive, resilient and sustainable cities and communities. Housing plays a central role in achieving the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and promoting sustainable cities and communities. Through numerous ministerial meetings, expert panels and bilateral meetings, participants will have the opportunity to present national policies, urban reforms and investment projects, as well as to establish new partnerships in the fields of spatial planning (! - and I was convinced that planning is the last hole in Slaven's pipe - ed.), housing, green transition and infrastructure development. Minister Radunović will present the “Velje Brdo” project on that occasion.”

A hollow story - without a single concrete piece of information and without a single answer to any of the million concrete questions related to the VB project that plague the public here - especially the so-called professional public (it's not funny)...

Slaven's Ministry was behind the Platform Proposal - it goes without saying - and the Platform was established by Miloj's Government on May 4, 2026 (without holding a session) - and not only did it establish the Platform - but it also determined the members of Slaven's entourage for the trip to Azerbaijan - the list includes - by name, surname and function in Slaven's Ministry - three ladies - three parkas (Nona, Decima and Morta) - I will not list the names, surnames and functions of these ladies - there is no need - but I must mention that in the photograph attached to the news item titled "Minister Radunović with the Executive Director of UN-Habitat on the "Velje Brdo" project" (gov.me, May 26 of the current year) - there appears, along with the aforementioned three ladies - a fourth lady - Slaven's fourth companion - the fourth parka - who is not - by name, surname and function - on the aforementioned Mićek list - but where there is room for three parkas - there is room for that one too fourth...

It's about a lady. Radmila Lainović, of course - who was reassigned at the beginning of the year to the position of acting director of the newly formed - and already very controversial - Slaven Administration for the Legalization of Illegal Objects - not to mention that Ms. Lainović has already signed a couple of very controversial resolutions...

But about Mrs. Lainović's actions on another occasion...

I know, I'm worse than Mica Kana (complete with all seven Kanicas - architects of youth) - but when I saw that (also) Ms. Lainović glorified WUF 13 in Baku with her presence - probably with a wise saying - I couldn't resist mentioning it...
