Disagreement about the "Agreement"
The play "Agreement" was the subject of controversy because the leaders of the Municipality of Bijelo Polje and the Cultural Center asked the director to change the third act, which allegedly sent bad messages about Bijelo Polje, which the director refused. In an earlier statement to Vijesti, she said that it was incomprehensible that representatives of the Municipality, including the President of the Assembly, attended the Council session at all. Selma Omerović and vice President Tufik Bojadzic, who demanded changes. The text, among other things, in the third act talks about air pollution, the departure of young people, the collapse of factories, economic insecurity, while criticizing political elites (“the air that is checked first”, “The tin is cold as a tin grave”), mentioning the departure of young people to Germany and betting shops, as well as the final rap section criticizing politicians (“Politicians come before the elections and then they know every street, but afterwards they are gone”).
