Exhibition "Frequency - Vibration - Energy" by Reljo Dedeić in Bar

Solo exhibition of the Master of Graphic Arts Relje Dedeić "Frequency - Vibration - Energy" will open today in Bar, as part of the BARS selection of the Bar Chronicle, in the Creative Hub space in the Old Town of Bar, at 21 pm.

"This intriguing presentation, which opens a new dimension within this year's festival program, is signed by the selector Željko Milović", the announcement states.

Thus, the Bar audience and the professional public will have the opportunity to encounter works that radically abandon conventional painting frameworks, bringing an authentic blend of scientific thought, philosophy, and abstract visual experiment.

"The installation 'Frequency - Vibration - Energy' starts from the premise that in the cosmos, as in art, nothing stands still - everything moves and everything vibrates. Relying on string theory, according to which the universe is a great symphony of vibrating threads, Dedeić uses abstract and unconventional techniques to visually materialize the invisible forces that shape our reality. In the era of modern life 'within pixels', the artist points out that energy, guided by specific frequencies, forms geometric shapes resembling mandalas," the statement says.

These forms, the art historian notes, Katarina Ilic, they become mysterious communications unconsciously, transforming the universe from a cold, empty space into a dynamic information field in which the observer ceases to be a mere recipient and becomes part of the overall cosmic architecture.

"In Dedeić's sphere of expressionist-abstract painting, color manifests itself as pure frequency and the physics of light. Understanding color not as a static matter, but as an interpretation of light waves in the human brain, the author creates a specific 'note system of palettes'. His process resembles the subtle and layered composition of the AIR group 'La Femme D'argen' - he does not just mix pigments, but manipulates frequencies and dives into the fractal states of objects. Striving for pure synesthesia and the phenomenon of 'listening to color', the works from this cycle represent the flickering of beings in search of their own source, successfully translating sound vibration and music into the visual form of unquenchable light," wrote Dr. Milun Lutovac.
