In the period from January 1 to September 15 this year, the port authorities in Kotor and Bar issued a total of 4.521 vignettes to foreign yachts sailing into the territorial waters of Montenegro, it was stated in the information on the qualitative and quantitative results of the summer tourist season 2018, which was The government considered and adopted it at the session on Thursday.
The vignette is a confirmation that the foreign vessel for sports and recreation has completed the administrative procedure at the maritime border crossings in Montenegro and that the vessel's master has paid the fee for sailing in our territorial waters. The validity period of the vignette is from 24 hours to one year from the date of issue.
Depending on the length of the validity period and the length of the yacht, and whether the yacht is used for commercial purposes or not, the vignette costs from 1 to 760 euros.
Of the total number of issued vignettes, the Port Authority of Kotor, which covers the Boka Bay area, issued and collected 3.146, while the Port Authority of Bar, which is responsible for the waters of Budva, Bar and Ulcinj, issued 1.375 vignettes.
