Four candidates applied for the position of CEO of Luke Bar, three of whom have management experience in that company.
"Vijesti" recently announced that Vladan Vučelić, director of the Podgorica Waterworks and president of the DPS municipal board, and Dragan Nikezić, the current acting executive director of Luka, have applied.
Nikezić once led the key sector of the unique port - LTR, with around 1.200 employees, and now, until his appointment, he was the director of the harbor hotel "Sidro".
The documents were also submitted by the former executive director of Luka, Zarija Franović, who avoided answering last Friday to "Vijesta" whether he would apply, but confirmed that he is thinking about filing a lawsuit against Luka due to his dismissal.
Dr. Željko Ivanović, a longtime port worker and official, also ran.
Before the division of the Port, he was the head of the Berthing and Unloading Service, and then he worked in the Development Sector.
After the division of the company, he was in Port of Adria. After getting his doctorate, he devoted himself to consulting and teaching jobs, and then to private business.
