The Center for Consumer Protection (CEZAP) sends sms messages to citizens who need to convert loans in Swiss francs to euros at Hipo Alpe Adria Bank (HAAB) that after the conversion they can go to the Crnogorsk Commercial Bank (CKB), which has prepared a special offer for them. for further repayment of the loan.

The offer was formed on the basis of more than 50 individual conversations with you and represents a clear guide for solving your situation," states the message, the content of which "Vijesti" had access to.
The message mentions the names of CKB Bank's representatives (names known to the editorial staff) and phone numbers through which HAAB clients can make an appointment to receive the offer and carry out financial consultations.
When asked by "Vijesti" why citizens are invited to switch to another bank, and at the same time they are told not to accept the HAAB conversion due to bad methodology, the director of CEZAP, Olga Nikčević, replied that the invitation is only sent via SMS if the clients are satisfied with the calculation made by Hipo Alpe Adria banka.
"Our position is still that Hipo Alpe Adria bank is trying to deceive citizens with the methodology it uses for calculations. However, if they are satisfied with the offer, they have the option to further repay the loan at CKB bank, which offers a favorable interest rate. "We are also in negotiations with other banks to see what they can offer, and maybe the clients will be satisfied with the conditions that HAAB will provide for further repayment," said Nikčević.

Hipo Alpe Adria Bank told "Vijesta" that they will not comment on the message that CEZAP sends to clients.
