In Montenegro, it is necessary to create conditions for companies and individuals to get a chance to learn, develop and achieve results, which is not easy due to the limitations and size of the market, said the owner of the Telemont company, Željko Savović.
He told the Herald of the Chamber of Commerce (PKCG) that because of this, those who are serious and responsible should be given a second chance, which they must justify.
"We need to think and plan more, be rational and efficient, move within realistic budgets, use resources better, think developmentally and sustainably, strongly promote positive examples and be modest," said Savović, whose company received the PKCG award for innovation.
Telemont operates in the industry of the most intensive technological development, electronics and telecommunications, which is why the company's focus is on an innovative approach to business improvement, i.e. the permanent application of new knowledge.
"For a successful business, the speed of prediction is very important, and not so much adaptation to changes. Only with improved solutions and their integration can we offer a more competitive solution", assessed Savović.
He stated that Telemont elaborates each project in several variants, by carefully selecting manufacturers.
"We invest in the latest technologies and solutions, which we first apply, and then demonstrate in our new demo facility in direct presentations to potential investors, contractors and designers," explained Savović.
Those novelties, he added, increase efficiency and safety, reduce energy consumption and make business and living environments more comfortable.
"We continuously invest in the education of employees, so that they follow current trends in the field of telecommunications, technical security systems, multimedia, as well as solutions for energy efficiency", announced Savović.
According to him, the solutions implemented by Telemont minimally affect the increase in investment, and are justified in a relatively short period of time through the reduction of operating costs, so that the return of the investment is possible already within a few years.
Savović said that Telemont employs 40 young and educated people, while the technical sector consists of 30 of them, who are engaged in technical support for users every day.
"We are proud of the large number of completed complex projects and cooperation with about a thousand business users, where we maintain systems that we designed, implemented or installed," said Savović.
Telemont's services are used by more than 80 percent of the Montenegrin economy, and the company cooperates with Crnogorski Telekom, Hilton and Queen of Montenegro hotels, Porto Montenegro and Luštica Bay, among others.
"Cooperation rests on initial trust, which must be justified and constantly confirmed. The needs and requirements of clients form the basis of our development. Foreign and domestic investors need solutions that will improve and facilitate business, provide better service to users and achieve savings in energy consumption and telecommunications services," explained Savović.
He stated that the partners appreciate the dynamic role that Telemont has on the market, the collective potential, business discipline and the quality of mutual cooperation.
"Through cooperation with large global manufacturers, we gain knowledge, attend ongoing trainings, learn about current technologies and have access and support from their development centers. We often influence the development of manufacturers' solutions by proposing, testing and implementing additional functionalities," said Savović.
Telemont, which was the first in Montenegro to build a "smart building", is also recognizable by the fact that it respects the standards of energy efficiency and environmental protection.
Savović said that this is an area that is current, as well as that man, if he is focused on respecting nature, becomes even more aware of the need and obligation towards energy efficiency and the environment.
"The advantages of a smart building, SmartHome, are obvious not only through savings but also comfort, and they are already becoming the standard of execution and use. The intensity of construction in Montenegro creates greater competitiveness, so investors are more ready to accept more modern technologies with the aim of offering more than expected", said Savović.
He believes that the results so far show that Telemont is competitive on the domestic and regional markets, but also that competitiveness is a matter of timing and form, which is difficult to achieve.
"If you just relax a little, it's easy to get lost," said Savović.
He announced that in the last eight years, Telemont has intensively expanded its portfolio of solutions and that it is not currently planning to further expand its offer, but to improve existing solutions, resources and organization in order to provide the highest quality offer to clients.
"The value of a company can be increased in several ways. In the beginning, it was entrepreneurial, to achieve cooperation with as many clients as possible and to create a financial and material assumption for further development. Now is the time to work on improving knowledge, quality and organization in order to provide better services on the market", concluded Savović.
