At today's Assembly, the shareholders of Zetatrans adopted a decision to pay a dividend of eight cents gross per share, for which 657,67 thousand euros will be allocated.
The company announced that the Shareholders' Assembly decided that the total profit for last year of 410,53 thousand euros and accumulated from previous years of 299 thousand euros will be distributed so that 657,67 thousand euros will be distributed through dividends, while the amount of 51,87 .XNUMX thousand euros remain undistributed.
"The dividend will be paid from September 25 of this year, by transferring the corresponding amount to the shareholders' accounts, according to today's list from the Central Depository Agency (CDA)", according to the statement of Zetatrans submitted to the Mina-business agency.
Dividends will be paid to individual shareholders and companies outside Montenegro according to the order and instructions of the shareholder, the company or an authorized person in the company.
The Assembly adopted the report of the Board of Directors on the work and business of the company in the last year, as well as the report of the audit company Reviko on the audit of financial statements.
The auditor, as stated in the announcement, gave an opinion, without reservations, that the financial statements show the true and objective financial situation as of December 31 of last year, as well as the results of operations, changes in capital and cash flows for the last year.
Tatjana Vošinek Pucer, Vlado Keranović and Mladen Rabrenović were elected as members of the Board of Directors of Zetatrans, which is part of the Intereuropa group.
Vošinek Pucer is the deputy president of the board of Intereuropa, Keranović is the director of investments and real estate in that company, while Rabrenović is the executive director of Zapad banka.
The assembly elected the auditing firm Reviko as the auditor for this year.
On the occasion of 50 years of existence and successful business, Zetatrans will donate computer equipment to the Elementary School "Vlado Milić" in Podgorica.
