The presence and activity of American investors in Montenegro is of great importance from the point of view of collection of public revenues and socially responsible business, said Minister of Finance Radoje Žugić.

At the meeting with the Ambassador of the United States of America (USA), Margaret Uehara, he said that the Government is continuously working on improving the business environment with the aim of creating an even more stimulating investment environment.

The Ministry announced that Žugić and Uehara met to discuss current activities and create space for new forms of cooperation with respectable American companies.

"Uehara conveyed the interest of American companies in expanding their business in Montenegro and emphasized her personal commitment to attracting American investors," the statement added.
