Yesterday, the Committee for the Selection and Appointment of the Capital City proposed to the Assembly to elect Filip Makrid, the current incumbent, as the executive director of the company "Vodovod i Kanalizacija", which confirmed the writing of "Vijesti" that he is the most serious candidate for that position.
It was also confirmed that instead of the acting director of "Zelenil" Radmila Vujošević, the management of that company will be entrusted to the former director of "Čistoće" Daca Popović.
Instead of Popović as the acting head of "Čistoća", as "Vijesti" reported, yesterday the Committee proposed Andrija Čađenović, the former commander of the Protection and Rescue Service of the Capital City.
The board proposed that the current director of the Cultural Information Center "Budo Tomović" Snežana Burzan be entrusted with another term at the head of that institution, as well as that the member of the Democratic Party of Socialists Dušan Kovačević be elected artistic director of the City Theater.
The members of the Assembly of the Capital City should express their opinion on the proposals at the session scheduled for Monday.
Čađenović should be replaced by the current head of the Communal Police, Goran Janković, as fire chief.
In place of Janković, according to the claims of the interlocutor of "Vijesti", the current head of the Municipal Inspection, Miloš Novović, should come.
Mayor Ivan Vuković is allegedly dissatisfied with the work of certain directors, which is why there have been changes in management in several Podgorica city utility companies.
The Assembly previously elected Srđa Miljanić to the position of director of "Grebni predezjuda", who replaced the long-time first man Slobodan Stanović.
In December, the Assembly elected Nela Savković Vukčević as head of the City Theater, succeeding Ivana Mrvaljević in that position.
