Is a pension fund a good solution for retirees?

The number of pensioners is growing year by year. In 2010, there were 2.300 pensioners in Montenegro, while last year there were 800 more, or 3.100. In 2011, there were as many as 4.100 pensioners in Montenegro.

Any change in the law noticeably affects their number.
