Zarija Franović, a party soldier of the DPS, destroyed every company in whose management structure he found himself thanks to his unquestioning obedience and loyalty to the party, the URA Bar Municipal Board announced.
They say that after all the state-owned companies in whose management boards Franović was, there were only minuses on the account, as is the case with Luka Bar.
"During his term in ŽICG, he "learned" English in London at the expense of that company while he managed to paint several tunnels. Then the former mayor of Bar, Žarko Pavićević, employed him with his son Miloš in the Municipality of Bar in the position of economic advisers," they state in the Bar movement. HOORAY.
They say that it was tragic for Bar on July 31, 2017, when Franović was appointed as the executive director of Luka Bar.
"From the most profitable company that has strategic importance for Bar and Montenegro, Franović, as one of the most prominent personnel of the Bar DPS, managed to make a loss, probably by handing out huge bonuses to himself and his family members and party colleagues," they point out.
They conclude that if there is a prosecutor's office in the country, a case should be opened immediately regarding this case, as well as all the previous ones "in which Franović distressed the state for outrageous sums of money."
