The management of the Railway Transport responded to the reaction of the majority Trade Union of that company, published on Tuesday in "Vijesti" under the title "The ŽPCG union supported the position of the secretary".

"After the latest advertisement of the trade union organization ŽPCG - passenger transport related to the public appearance of their secretary, Mr. (Mirko) Rmandića, we received information that this union stands behind his claims, at the same time clarifying the fact that he was promoted by deployment because he was assigned from the position of car attendant to the position of service manager. The union emphasizes the humane gesture of Mr. Rmandić regarding the return of the lost money to the passenger, which is a commendable gesture, although it is not clear to us how that passenger had so much money with her on the train, but that is not a topic we would deal with on this occasion.

So that the story is rounded and the public gets the right information about this topic, and in connection with preserving the image of ŽPCG in the public and the trust of passengers, which in the announcement is brought into context with the "unfair" attitude of the management towards the employee and the secretary of the trade union organization ŽPCG - passenger transport, Mr. Mr. Rmandić, on this occasion we state a few more important facts. Mr. Rmandić certainly "enjoyed" the trust of some of the passengers, but in all likelihood, most of those who were with him, when he worked as a car attendant, could get transportation on "favored" terms, that is, without a train ticket. Due to his work, several disciplinary proceedings were conducted against Mr. Rmandić, based on the report of the train auditor, including the current president of the Trade Union Organization ŽPCG - passenger transport, then in the position of train auditor, against Mr. Rmandić initiated disciplinary proceedings for improper work. What kind of responsible employee of ŽPCG is he, who points out irregularities in our company every day, let's also mention the interesting information that since his transfer to another job, some passengers often ask the current train attendants about when Mr. Rmandić in order to get "preferential" train tickets.
