The shareholders of Napredek from Kotor decided to distribute the company's total last year's net profit of 495 thousand euros as a dividend.
The payment of dividends to shareholders will begin on July 25, and will be carried out through the network of branches of Crnogorska kommercielja banka (CKB).
The company announced that shareholders who owned Napredek shares on Friday, when the Shareholders' Assembly was held, have the right to receive dividends.
The Assembly of shareholders of Napredka adopted on Friday the financial report on the company's operations in the past year. The shareholders adopted the audit report for last year and appointed an auditor for this year.
The majority owner of Napretka is the company Expo Commerce from Kotor, which owns 69,23 percent.
