The advertisement for the sale of the Kovačnica property, the processing plant of the Aluminum Complex (KAP), at an initial price of 700 thousand euros, has so far not received any offers.
The bankruptcy manager of Kovačnica Zdravko Cicmil told the Mina-business agency that he was in the Commercial Court this morning, but that no offer had arrived.
Those interested could submit their offers until 12 noon today. The opening of bids is scheduled for tomorrow at 11 a.m. in the premises of the Podgorica Commercial Court.
The initial price is almost three times lower than in the previous tender, which was declared unsuccessful, although the offers were submitted by Uniprom and Luka Pejović.
The bankruptcy administration of the company explained that the problem was the stock of goods, for which it is not clear if there are any at all.
The company Uniprom, owned by businessman Veselin Pejović, offered 600 euros, of which 200 for supplies, while Luka Pejović, as a citizen, offered 416 euros for property, and 220 verbally for supplies.
Movable and immovable assets were offered for sale, consisting of construction facilities with land in Dajbabe, production facilities, equipment and devices, means of transport and other movable assets.
