Uniprom's offer to buy the property of the aluminum plant for EUR 28 million now has only the support of the DPS in the Assembly, which must decide on it according to the current Law on the Protection of State Interests in the Mining and Metallurgical Sector.

The offer does not even have to reach the Parliament if this law is annulled by the Constitutional Court on the basis of the initiative of the Government and the Supreme Court.
