Boris Zloković is building a hotel on Topla

The famous Montenegrin water polo representative Boris Zloković intends to build a city hotel on Topla in Herceg Novi. The Ministry of Sustainable Development has issued urban planning and technical conditions for the preparation of technical documentation for the construction of a city hotel.

Referring to the DUP "Srbina" adopted by the Municipality of Herzegovina, the relevant ministry expressly states that only a city hotel can be built on the plot of 869 square meters, which is the property of the younger Zloković.

According to that document, the hotel can have a maximum of 1.300 square meters of gross construction area, and the maximum number of floors for that part of Herzegovinian municipality is the ground floor, two floors and an attic.

The architecture must be adapted to the medieval environment, and within the plot, Zlokvić must also leave space for a public staircase. Must provide parking spaces, it is recommended, in the basement floors.

An attractive plot of land on which there are no buildings is owned by Boris, whose father Stanko was the director of the Adriatic Shipyard for many years.

Issuance of urban planning and technical conditions is the first step in obtaining a building permit, with which Zloković Jr. initiated the procedure for obtaining the necessary paper in order to start his investment.
