After the reactions that followed yesterday's press conference, Vice President of the Parliament Branko Radulović is even more convinced that the sale of KAP is the biggest fraud so far in Montenegro.
As he says, he is even more determined to persevere and oppose "this fraud, their actors and try to preserve our most important economic resource and contribute to Montenegro becoming a legal state in the full sense".

"Everything I told the public yesterday is the truth and I claim it under full moral, professional and political responsibility.
When it comes to the owner of TLM Šibenik, Mr. Pejčinoski, the truth is that I spoke with him personally on January 15 and 21, 2014, through my cabinet. In the first conversation, he told me that he did not participate in the ad for two reasons, the first being that his legal advisors consider it pointless to respond to such an ad, where there is no guarantee from the state, and the second that he was advised not to interfere in already agreed matters . In the second conversation, in order to check once again that everything really happened like this, I received an identical answer with the elaboration that the counseling was in fact a threat. In a certain way, I understand Pejčinoski's reaction, bearing in mind that he does not want to interfere in relations in Montenegro, as well as the fact that numerous murders are connected to the aluminum industry in the world and that this industry is largely controlled by various criminal structures. However, my mission and obligation towards Montenegro is completely different. That is why I once again call on the VDT to initiate a procedure to review the legality of the process and the accuracy of my allegations. I demand that he call me first for questioning and submit to a polygraph, in order to determine whether I am telling the truth or not. I now publicly announce to the Montenegrin public that if it turns out that I am not telling the truth, I will withdraw from public and political life and let them determine the maximum punishment for deceiving the public.

And as for the street jargon of the owner of Uniprom about his reference to the theft of chocolates and the value of Đukanović's hand, the truth is in the folk saying "once a thief, always a thief", "once a servant, always a servant". Aware that he is a marginal and that behind all this is his boss Đukanović, I tell him to go back to the salad and chocolates, and to leave the saving of Montenegro and its most important resource.
Once again, I would like to call on bankruptcy administrators and judges for advertisements for the sale of assets of KAP, Kovačnica and Prerada to respect the Law on the Protection of State Interests in the Mining and Metallurgical Sector, not to sign contracts for the sale of individual parts, but to publish an advertisement for the sale of the entire property of the Bauxite Mine and the Aluminum Plant. If they don't do that, they will become accomplices of this fraud and will join the actors of previous illegal actions in the criminal complaint that I will personally hand over to the new State Prosecutor."
