The bankruptcy administration of Prerada, plant of the aluminum plant (KAP) accepted the offers of Uniprom from Nikšić and Politropus Alternative from Tivat for the purchase of the property. The bankruptcy administrator, Zoran Janković, told the Mina-business agency that the offer of Uniprom, businessman Veselin Pejović, who offered 1,5 million euros for the rolling mill factory with the strip foundry, was accepted. These include construction facilities with land and related infrastructure and equipment for the production of cast aluminum strip and liquid metal and a rolling mill for the production of cold-rolled aluminum strip with related equipment. Janković said that Politropus Alternative's offer of 1,9 million euros for the Aluminum Processing Factory was accepted. .Politropus Alternative is a Montenegrin company with international capital. Its founder and owner is the Ukrainian Roman Denkovich. The company is engaged in the production of industrial gases. The bankruptcy administration of Prerada announced a tender for the sale of property at the beginning of December at a price of 100 million euros.
