The list of products whose prices increased during the afternoon is quite large. The prices of flour, oil, milk, and sugar have increased by up to 30 percent in the last few months.
A 100-gram package of ground coffee cost about 55 cents until a month ago, and now in the shops that "Vijesti" visited, the cheapest is 65 cents, and it is available up to 80. A kilogram of ground coffee costs up to 3,15 euros, onions more from a euro, apples from a euro to 1,30, and until recently the most expensive ones cost a euro...
These are all fruits and vegetables that are produced in Montenegro.
A kilogram of oranges, which until 15 days ago cost 65 cents, can now be bought for 1,10 to 1,68 euros. A package of 250 grams of "feta" cheese costs 1,29 to 1,61 euros, 450 grams of frozen green beans 1,30 to 1,40, peas 1,37 to 1,50...
Serbian candy manufacturers also announced an increase in the price of their products by an average of ten percent. The Serbian media reported that the producers cited the increase in the price of cocoa, which is the main raw material, as the main reason, and on the world market it reached the highest price in the last 32 years.
As it was said, the prices of sugar, flour, milk powder, various additives, as well as more expensive fuel and gas, contribute to the increase in the price of sweets.
