The rector of the University of Donja Gorica, Veselin Vukotić, was elected president of the Board of Directors of Plantaže, while the director of the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund, Dušan Perović, was elected vice president.
The constituent session of the Company's Board of Directors was held today.
As announced by the Company, the Board of Directors consists of Vukotić, Perović, Professor Božo Mihailović and Đorđije Rajković, the long-time executive director of the Company "13. July Plantation”.
The Board includes the retired marketing director of Plantaž, Anica Hajduković, the representative of the Employment Agency, Sead Šahman, and the director of the sector for business with the economy of Societe Generale Banka Montenegro, Samo Jovićević.
