As part of the Be Responsible campaign, six reports were registered this week, on the basis of which no fine was imposed.
The inspectors could not inspect the beach bar Stefan in Budva, because it was closed. During the control on the basis of the report on the sale of firewood in Nikšić, the inspectors did not find any activity at the specified address.
There were no irregularities during the inspection of the restaurants Orada in Budva and Premijer in Kotor, as well as the trucking company "Alivodić" and the boutique J&D from Podgorica.
The Be Responsible campaign was launched at the end of December 2013 by the Ministry of Finance and the Office of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Montenegro with the aim of contributing to the strengthening of public awareness and greater involvement of citizens in the fight against the gray economy.
The project enables citizens to simply and quickly point out irregularities, such as non-issuance of fiscal invoices, illegal work or violation of consumer rights, and help the competent institutions to deal with the gray economy as successfully as possible.
Citizens are left with three options to report observed irregularities, through the mobile application Budi zaszlivno, the website www.budidogovoran.me and the call centers of the Tax Administration (PU) at number 19707 or the Directorate for Inspection Affairs 080 555 555.
