The demonstration villa within the Zain Park has been completed, and this luxurious residential complex is a confirmation that Podgorica is getting a new type of housing and quality of life, as well as that it is becoming more and more attractive for new investments and investments of foreign capital.
This was announced yesterday during a tour of the first demonstration villa within the residential complex in Zagorič, whose investor is the company "Zain Property Development".
The executive director of Zain Property Development from Podgorica, Miloš Milošević, said that the project worth over six million euros is running its course.
"I can even say that I am very satisfied, because when it comes to deadlines, we are a faster month compared to planarino. We can thank our strategic partner Novo Volvox for that," said Milošević.
As he added, he is especially glad that Podgorica is getting a new type of housing and a new quality of life.
"That will be demonstrated by this project, which includes small studios, two-room apartments, villas on two and three levels, which have their own parking spaces and a yard. And all of them overlook a large central park where families can socialize and children can spend time. This is a great thing that Podgorica does not have today, and in this way we want to show a new quality of life in the city, as well as that it can be provided at affordable prices," said Milošević.
The Manager of the Capital City, Marjan Junčaj, said that the show villa is the first investment of the Company "Zain Property Development" in Podgorica and that it represents a confirmation that the city is an increasingly attractive and attractive destination for new investments and investments of foreign capital.

Zain Park is a new residential complex in the Zagorič settlement, which brings a step forward in the way of living in the capital city.
