The Energy Regulatory Agency (RAE) established the status of a privileged producer of electricity to the Podgorica company Bar-kod for the Bar-kod solar power plant located in Donja Gorica.
As stated in the decision published on the website of the regulator, the company implements the incentive measures that were valid at the time of submitting the application for the acquisition of the temporary status of a privileged producer.
"The decision is issued for a period of 12 years, starting from November 18 of this year," RAE said.
The RAE also adopted the request of the Podgorica company VV Trans to change the license for carrying out the activity of transporting oil derivatives and liquefied petroleum gas by road means of transport.
The change of license refers to the addition of another vehicle for the performance of activities.
The regulator also adopted the request of the Podgorica company Hifa Oil CG to change the license for the storage of petroleum products. The amendment refers to the addition of another facility, i.e. a gas station, for the performance of activities.
By the end of the year, the company is obliged to submit to the regulator for the gas station located on Bulevar Mihaila Lalića in Podgorica the reports of competent inspectors on the fulfillment of the conditions and requirements established by technical regulations, as well as regulations on energy efficiency, fire and explosion protection and environmental protection.
The RAE also adopted the request of the Lukoil Montenegro company from Podgorica to change the license for storage and distribution of oil products and gas.
The regulator, deciding on the request of the Montenegrin Electric Transmission System (CGES), approved the rules for long-term and daily allocation of capacity on the Italy-Montenegro border.
