The government has agreed to include the construction of the "Boka palace" hotel in Tivat in the list of development projects within the economic citizenship program.
The investment worth about 44 million euros was submitted by the company "PM 4.1" as a daughter company of the company "Adriatic Marinas" within the Porto Montenegro hotel and tourist complex.
The list of development projects in the field of tourism previously included the construction of the hotels "Breza", "Bjelasica 1450", "K16" and "Kolašin Resort & Spa" in Kolašin, "Kraljičina plaža" in Miločer, and "Durmitor Hotel and Villas" in Žabljak. .
