The company "Adriatic Marinas" from Tivat has already put on the market real estate from the complex called "Boka Place", a new part of the luxurious Tivat nautical-tourist resort Porto Montenegro, although construction will only begin at the end of the year.
The advertisement states that foreign buyers will receive Montenegrin citizenship for free in addition to square meters of apartments and business premises.
The "Boka Place" project was recently included by the government in the "List of priority projects in the field of tourism", whereby investors receive a number of administrative and fiscal benefits for the implementation of these projects, and one of them is the possibility that those who invest their money in these projects will also receive Montenegrin citizenship.
It is about the granting of citizenship "by admission for the implementation of a special investment program of special importance for the economic and economic interest of Montenegro", which is known among foreign investors in Montenegro as CBI (Citizenship by Investment). Therefore, Porto Montenegro already advertises as an additional advantage when selling real estate in "Boka Place" the possibility that their new owners will receive a Montenegrin passport in addition to the apartment.
“Be a part of this extraordinary nation through the CBI program. This scheme is open to all foreigners who fulfill a previously defined obligation towards the state and provides you with a unique opportunity to get a Montenegrin passport after investing - donating to a special government fund or buying real estate. It is an inheritance and a benefit for your family. The Montenegrin passport enables you to move freely in 123 countries of the world, including the Schengen zone, and with the planned entry of Montenegro into the EU by 2015, as a passport holder, you will then have a number of additional benefits", says the brochure for "Boka Place" which the sales service of Porto Montenegro has started these days to distribute to interested clients around the world.
There are 144 residential units available in "Boka Place" for the CBI program.
"Here you, as a buyer of one or more properties, in order to meet the requirement for a minimum investment of only 450.000 euros, can get Montenegrin citizenship and a passport that is ranked 34th in the world in terms of global mobility," stated the sales department of Porto Montenegro.
The new complex will be built in the northern and northeastern part of Porto Montenegro, along the Jadranska magistrala on the stretch from the new roundabout on Seljanova, to the current main entrance to Porto Montenegro near the international school "Knightsbridge International".
The central part of this complex is a new five-star luxury condo-hotel, with a capacity of 96 hotel accommodation units, plus 144 residential residences in this part of the settlement that can be included in the hotel pool. It will be managed by "Kerzner International", a leading international company engaged in the construction and management of resorts, destinations, ultra-luxury hotels and innovative entertainment and gaming experiences.
"Kerzner" is, among other things, the author of the "One&Only" and "Atlantis Resort" brands in Dubai, and in Tivat he will perform under the "Siro" brand. The new hotel will, among other things, contain a 20-meter outdoor pool and a particularly large and very comprehensive SPA and wellness center. The entire Boka Place compact will contain a number of small shops, cafes, restaurants, bookstores, a car showroom, a large cineplex cinema, a climbing wall, as well as a large supermarket, and an abundance of public and green spaces, with an emphasis on the newly renovated large central square in this part of Porto Montenegro.
The smallest apartment costs 190 thousand euros
In the structure of real estate that is already offered to customers through the sales service of Porto Montenegro, there are studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, which cost from 190.000 to 347.000 euros, while the prices for three-bedroom penthouse luxury apartments are not published in the brochure and can only be obtained by interested clients in direct contact. .
By the way, Porto Montenegro estimates that the construction of this complex, where 96 new jobs will be created, will cost almost 50 million euros, and everything should be completed in the spring of 2023.
